• How to return:
1. Contact us through the website form, providing your order number and reason for return.
2. Await confirmation and detailed instructions.
3. Return the artwork in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation.
• Costs:
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• If the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge. Please provide photographs so we may resolve the matter fairly.
• Refunds:
• Issued once the artwork is received and inspected.
• Processed in USD, based on the exchange rate at the time of refund.
• Returned to the same payment method used for purchase.
• Exceptions: Works that have been altered, damaged, or modified after delivery (beyond normal handling) are not eligible for return.
